Need Help with CD key security

HI NS4 staff,
Long story very short I had to wipe and re-install everything on my computer . When I tried to login to NS4 or anyother server I would get the message "Your CD key is still in use, Please try again in 5 minutes" . I was able to get this fix with the game support and they gave me new cd keys . I can login to the server but with the CD key security on NS4 I can't select a charater. Is it possible for a member of the staff to disable the cd key security on my toons?

Linux (or Lokey dont remember) can change it so that youre new CD-Key is on your toons, you should PM one/both of them
