Rift Portal in Yuan-Ti City
Is the rift portal in the Yuan-Ti city supposed to go anywhere? I have seen messages pop up at other unresponsive portals stating they are only usable by certain factions, but that one does nothing and gives no message.

it used to go outside the cave a lont time back...but now...i don' think it does anything anymore.

Portal under Angmar in the cave and one in Ragnar's outer throne room.

... and the portal in the dwarf's backyard that used to go to the water dragon. 
I know that link is now in HOK which is cool but it would also be cool if that portal led somewhere. i used to love the triangle of ragnar/ alzarra/ water dragon with carousing halls and gobbies sprinkled in for good fun. alas no longer. dwarfs are no fun with their unique random roll generator and since there's no link to water dragon we just go somewhere else entirely.
