What Charisma is required for a Blackguards Summons to get the same boost as Epic Necro feat?

and is that natural or buffed Charisma?

My blackguard /w 28 charisma buffed has slightly increased stats over the summon before the changes took place, if that helps.

I believe Charisma just adds to our summons saves as it does your blackguard.
BlackGuard levels i beleive effect the stats of summons e.g. 30lvl blackguard = best

Both Charisma and Blackguard level boost the summon... I'm too tired right now to remember how much it takes to match the necro feats....in general, they're not worth taking for blackguards though IMO.

I tested the new BG summons ingame, and here's some hints to help you.

• built for max CHA / no necro feats / took epic fiend feat
• CHA directly affects BG summons power, then caps out
• 12 Cleric 28 BG (corrupt weapon damage was vs. good only, need 30 BG lvls to make it vs. neutral)
• summons was so maxed out that buffs did not help his AB
• A decent investment in CHA with high BG levels will get you the max BG summons
• Have fun, BG's were definitely improved by the new changes

If A Blackguard were to obtain a natural charisma of 25 would it qualify for "epic spell focus: necromancy" equivilent bonus, is that what is required?

(would be in line some epic feats requirement for 25 on an ability)

Don't need near that much... a blackguard with a modified charisma (that is, with gear and buffs) of 30 is better off than the older style of blackguard.... if you're building a blackguard, DO NOT take necromancy feats... they're a waste. They're only useful for older builds that already took them and have very low charisma.

what about death domain? does that still have a effect in addition to the cha bonuses?

Only in weird cases like very low charisma and low blackguard levels... charisma and blackguard levels is the name of the game all around.
