Beryn Farmer's Wife: "No.... This tomato. Look at it"
Maynard: "Wow... yeah... That's big!"
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "I've been watching it for the past couple weeks, I keep expecting it to turn red... but instead it keeps growing."
Maynard: "Who did you use as fertilizer? <Laughs> But seriously... that's a big tomato...."
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "It's late August already and none of these tomatoes have turned red yet... so strange..."
Maynard: "Oh, just be patient. Keep them protected, and have them irrigated well. We'll enter them into the Avendell Fair, perhaps catch some extra gold this harvest!"

"Did you pick that tomato!?"
Maynard: "No"
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "Well... it's gone!"
Maynard: "Hmm... That's disappointing. Perhaps some animal ate it, or someone stole it. Did you protect it, like I said?"
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "Yes, but I couldn't keep it covered much longer, it needed sun."
Maynard: "Well, at least all the other tomatoes are fine, had it turned red yet?"
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "No, it was still very green. It was already the size of that pumpkin over there."
Maynard: "Any remnants of the tomato left?"
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "No, and it was a clean pick. If it was an animal, it carried it away, but no animal could have done that, it was too heavy."
Maynard: "Look, someone rolled it away..... Look at the trail... the indentation in the soil."
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "Wow, yeah, and look, it carries on into the grass, out towards the west."
Maynard: "Amazons?"
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "Maybe, but I haven't seen any around in awhile. And they would have likely taken the ripen fruit at least... Only that tomato is missing"
Maynard: "No footprints"
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "What would be strong enough to roll a giant green tomato, but light enough to not leave any footprints?"
Maynard: "I don't know"
"What!?"
"Did you pick that tomato!?"
Maynard: "No"
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "Well... it's gone!"

Loremaster Syrin: "So how goes your experiments on plant growth potions?"
Student: "Very well. Have you noticed the grass has filled in quickly to cover all the foot traffic leading to the entrance here?"
Loremaster Syrin: "Yes, in fact that's why I asked. Armsmaster Cherrise mentioned to me that the Dearon Border Patrols are increasingly getting lost coming here. She told me to thank you" <smiles>
Student: "Really!? It pleases me to hear that! I have a lot of great projects progressing better than I expected. I can't wait to see how the fen berry bushes outside look. The Sanctum Arcanum entrance should look much more obscure soon."
Loremaster Syrin: "What's those plants over there in the corner?"
Student: "Oh! Well, those are just some of my experiments. I've been testing potions on these here first, before I use them outside."
Loremaster Syrin: "That's one odd looking bush you have there, in the back...."
Student: "That's a tomato plant. I've used a few potions on that one. I'm surprised it hasn't died yet."
Loremaster Syrin: "Just be careful. We don't want to be accused of manipulating nature. Daeron's citizens are suspicious of our crafts and studies as it is. Keep your research away from any sorcery."
Student: "Yes loremaster. My potions are strictly derived from organic sources. I can assure you my experiments are conducted within the alchemy laws of Daeron."
Loremaster Syrin: "Very well then, I look forward to your final presentation"

Sanctum Arcanum Intern: "Ouch!" Strange... this tomato plant has grown thorns?
A drop of blood falls upon the plant, and the tomato starts to wiggle and grow before the student's eyes.
Sanctum Arcanum Intern: "Oh my!" Some of these potions perhaps take awhile before results can be observed. I should go out and take a look at the plants I've poured the potion on outside.
As the student moved out into the phantom woods, he noticed many of the plants he tested his concoctions on were gone. He continued down the road, to investigate all the various locations he used his potions at. Eventually arriving at the farm house outside of Beryn.
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "Help!"
The student, hearing the cries for help, runs to the garden to find the old woman desperately keeping a giant tomato at bay with her sickle.
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "Hurry Maynard!"
Maynard: "I got it! I'm coming!"
He runs in with a scythe and slices the tomato in half.
"Ugh!" <Tomato juice splashes everywhere>
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "Is it dead?"
Maynard: "I think so. What happened to the others?"
Beryn Farmer's Wife: "They went off the the west, and good riddance! Don't you go after them. Just go tell the Beryn guards."
Maynard: "You there! Who are you!?"
Sanctum Arcanum Intern: "I heard your cries for help. I came to investigate what was going on. Are you okay?"
Maynard: "Yes, do you know what's going on? Sorcery?"
Sanctum Arcanum Intern: "Uhh.. no.. but I can go back to the outposts and let the the border patrols know to send aid."
Maynard: "Yes, thank you, but be careful, alert Daeron that a source of evil has effected the gardens here. Perhaps the land has been cursed!"
Sanctum Arcanum Intern: "I will return at once!" <I better get back to the arcanum right away>
As the student ran back, he noticed a path of destruction around him. He entered the Sanctum Arcanum and proceeded with caution as to not look suspicious. Suddenly there was a rumble in the halls. The student turned the corner into the lab where his experiments are grown, and found a giant moaning tomato!

Wow, great story post in pictures, Nyeleni.
It was great fun putting on an epic event like this one. All credit is due to Ajantis for coming up with the story, the script, assisting in the monster selection, the whole veggie garden. I hope everyone had fun. We actually lagged the new server pretty good on this one, but no crashes on the server side. Sorry about the client crashes.
We will do it again soon.
