The halflings strike back

Listen carefully, the halflings o' Evenshire arn't very happy about the new situation. They hav' finally found out wa' lies behind the nice words of kSt: deep layers of evil deeds and corruption. The short one' may enjoy a bit of chaos then and when, but every community need' a lawful environment else it will fall apart. As the kSt seem to attract a lot of attraction to bounty hunters and vengeful lot, the halflings are considering to send the kSt away. But they aren't fit for the job (not big enough, ye know?).
Thus this proclamation: If you are looking for a bit of fun or even had a bad encounter with the mentioned "guild" just give them a nice "teeth-rattle" if you meet them in Evenshire.
There is no need to go huntin' 'em elsewhere, just persuade them "nicely" to leave the peaceful Evenshire alone.
