Malious Wiki Spam

The current spam in wiki in the "race" category will take you to a web page that will try to force you to load malware. If you happen to get to that page either through the spam or through regular web browsing close your browser through your task manager. The web page will not allow you to close it by normal means. If one can identify the IP address of that site, or whomever loaded that spam. It should be reported to their ISP as hackers trying to load a trojan....

I have come across the site or similar sites many a time through regular web browsing and have reported URL's to Google. Google has removed what I reported from their search engine. These are malicious hackers trying to load a trojan designed to hijack your ip and they can be stopped if they can be ID. If they are a Canadian or American based group there are means to put an end to their activities. If they are outside North America Interpol does has resources to put an end to this type of activity as well.

it seems you are using mediawiki software, so it should be very easy to prevent this problem.

You can also add 'Captcha' visual confirmation:

Since there is alreayd a thread for it, what happened to the "use previous version" button in the wiki? I did spam cleanup one day and had to go and delete, but I thought there was button to click it back to the way it was.

You need elevated privileges to get access to Revert, normal users don't have it. My guess is your user entry has been reset somehow.
