Negative Energy Burst

This spell is doing around 15-20hp damage. Even i agree it was a bit too powerfull for ns4, but now its beyond any sane use.

Its equal to two Ray of Frost spells....

Mabe make it +2 per three levels? instead of the +1 per level thats listed in the book. it cuts it down a bit, and stil leaves the spell usefull

The point of Neg Energy Burst is not the damage, it's the strength drain.

I was trying to point out that it was insanely lame :o

But neg burst does str drain now? I never noticed this o_O perhaps its a fair tradeoff then...

umm.. +2/3 lvls is +2/3rds a lvl, less than what is out there currently..
