Mages disabling effortles people so that mobs can kill them!
I won't be mentioning any names here (althoug this one would deserve it), but I wittnessed a mage using bigsby on effortless people so that NPC's would kill them, and make them loose exp (lvl 23-24 wizard or sorc, not sure, on lvl 16 fighter), .
While standing nearby and watching!
I know that any kind of decency would prevent people from doing such things but obviously not all of us can have moral standards, so I would like DM's to make a rule whitch says it is forbidden to do that on purpose!

The more of these people we can remove from the community, that happier everyone will be. And no "rules" required!
Here here Joran! I can't believe someone would be so malicious, especially in a beta! Yes this is PvP - which means you attack the chacter but you don't intentionally try to hurt the character in ways that are part of the game mechanics like experience and such. Of course it might be more borderline if you got held and the mage's summons killed you. I hope they can make it so summons act like players when it comes to PvP and XP.

They already fixed the summons killing Pc problems. (Right?)
He should be punished. Sorry, but that charcter has no chance to live, most likely can't pay the money, and no fighting in Avendell. Oviously the okie was at least level 15 to cast horrid wilting, the other player is level 5. Which means he was "effortless" and it has been said by the Devs not to pk effortless players "unless they attck u first or will not leave u alone etc." Whether anyone agrees with me or not that is grieving period. Sorry my opinion only, not the opinion of any other DM or Dev member...
I define grieving as the taking advantage of players that can not defend themselves or can not pay to not die, or have things taken away from them, when the other player knows the "effortless player" can not do anything about it....
Doing these things to low level players makes many of them not want to play. Yes pvp is good, but common sense in these case tells me, if I am the okie, not to even bother with this or any other low level charcter.
Low level charcters deserve a chance to explore, learn and most importantly "have fun"...
Some rules are needed in this kind of server, because common sense rules are way way way too vague.....
No rules = complains about the same crap over and over again.

Well then, someone should be in a world of trouble with the gods, eh?

I was assuming the okie wasnt actually killing him in avendell.
Its pretty easy to kill someone right after they switch servers (from 4 to 3 in this case)
I dont have a clue what happened, so why should I raise the pitchforks and say "BURN THE OKIES!!!!!"?
I only said that he had it coming (unless this was before he got out of avendell of course) and that I warned him.

Lets stop making NS4 a soap opera... Posting screenshots and threads about banning this and what we should do about so and so only make things worse. Take your screenshot, e-mail it to a DM with a description of what happened and why you feel we need to take action and we'll take it from there.

Hrm I'm pretty sure I'm the player that's being mentioned in the start of this post... Well all I've got to say is he logged out twice to avoid the instant death effect of my wail, then logged out once more to get HP back, after that I said screw it, and used bigby on him untill he stopped loggin back in. This was all while he was attempting to siege LA through the front gates, so it was the guards that were going to kill him. I might add that he constantly calls me racist remarks that I won't bother to post. He also sends me racist tells, and generally harasses me at ever opportunity. Anyway I thought it was justice to make him lose exp for having logged out 3 times to avoid death by me. But I guess I won't be doing that again.
Oh and Aryan is level 17, not 16, and not effortless to me either.
And this is not the only time he's logged out to avoid death after he's failed his save.
