New Account Creation Info

New account creation is now on admin activation. If a new player needs an account have them make an account as normal, then email me with account name and character names. I will then activate their forum account.

Too many spam sites making accounts.

With the new forums, new account creation has been enabled again because of the improved spam bot protection on account creation. At least til they build a better spam-bot...
