Where is Joran?

Greetings NS4 Testers,

I just realized that I hadn't given you guys any notice about what's going on in my Non-NS4 life, since it may seem like I've been "absent" for a little bit, and the bugtracker lists are piling up. So, where am I? :o

Well, I'm going through the fun process of moving right now, and I'm without internet access of any kind except at work. It's horrible, I know ;) So, while it may seem like "nobody is listening" or bugs aren't getting fixed, or there's less developer interaction than you would like, now you know the reason.

I'd ask everyone to bear with me until May 10th, when Time Warner is finally scheduled to come out and get me some internet access going. Until then, I'll have limited ability to work out major bugs here and there and make a few forum posts, but for the most part I'm going to be offline.

Also: I've noticed a lot of activity and discussion on the boards, which is great - but it looks like a lot of posters are losing sight of what we're trying to accomplish during the Open Beta. Rather than posting just a complaint or a litany of charges against a certain player or players, try to think in terms of solutions - what do you think could be implemented to fix the problems you seem to be having? Spirited community discussion on solutions tends to be a lot more productive than simply yelling at one other :)

I hope you have a good safe move Joran. It's alot of work, but usually it's really nice to have new surroundings!

No worries, J-man. Im having fun exploring my fit/rogue build and reporting the bugs as i see them. Stuff will get fixed, people just need to have patience. Get back when ya can

Well I sure hope you dont mean me by complaining instead of bringing up solutions.
I neeeeeveeeer complain. (yeah right)
err anyway I believe youve seen my oppinions about what needs to change float around the boards a little bit too much=p

I really didnt expect you to be moving...I just thought all these complaints were giving you too much of a headache to respond.
Anyway I hope that no weird stuff happens such as someone looking the wrong way and a 800 bucks flatscreen TV falling 2 stories down if u know what I mean...*knock*

anyways....

we're all working hard on the beta...
even after a server crashed X amount of times in a row you still see about 30 people on it...
then when it crashed for about 1/2 an hour you have atleast 10 people in the gamespy chat thingy o'er there talking about stuff related to NS...

and i even decided to quit spamming (much) for a (sorta) long time.
all is good and i am king tyrant perpetual dictator ruler overlord for life.
