Cannot login anymore

Can someone please help me.
I went to log in today and i can't anymore. I changed my shorcut to the new ip and it wouldnt work. I changed the :5121 bit at the end of the ip to :60001 and that didnt work. So i went in to the pw-action tab in multiplayer and tryed logging in but still wouldnt let me. Can someone please help.
