Query about Crafting
Just a question about crafting, if i am a pure wizzie, a class that can get Master Artisan in Arcane Crafting but also take a level bard does that prohibit me from reaching Master Artisan since bards cannot attain this or if i have 19 wizzie level am still able? Thnx.

you can attain MA arcane as a 19/1 wiz/bard. or a 19/1 wiz/rogue, or 19/1 wiz/ftr and many other classes. you don't even need to take the 19 wiz levels pre-epic.
You cannot however do it as a 19/1 wiz/cleric, 19/1 wiz/PM etc. as those classes restrict crafting.
However, not having tried the new upgrading system that's coming out (and in, and out
) and probably no one else has had a chance to test it with multiclassed chars either, you might want to take that with a pinch of salt.
Of course, if anyone felt like replying to this query I could give a better answer as to how much multiclassing is 'safe'.
