?'s about 2 prc's and illegal toons

what's the answer for having a toon with a 34 monk 5 sd 1 rogue? and can u take a pally cot hs?....cause i thought there was only one prc allowed....hs is a prc as well as cot.....at least i think it is....and about the 5 lvl restriction i thought u could take 1 lvl in a class as long as it was before lvl 20 for a ll base classes except for monk and pally and the prc's of sd?... am i wrong....any answers would be helpful

only 1 prc no matter what.

you can get 1 lvl of rogue pre epic. you always have to have 5 lvls of monk, pally, prc's
