Restoration
I was wondering if it would be possible to have the temple cast restoration for a fee like NS3. There have been more times then I can count were I cure my disease but I still have the con and str penalties with no way to get rid of them except for dying. The same thing with lvl drain. Since none of the vendors sell greater restoration, it would be nice if the temple was good for that. I have heard other players looking for the same thing. Just a thought.

It is true that a heal kit gets rid of the disease and maybe in some cases lesser restoration will get rid of the effects if they arn't that bad. But, a lesser restoration will never cut it if yyou have a lvl drain. Only greater restoration will heal that kind of damage.

I do think having an NPC priest in town that could cure these things would be nice. I don't see the value of clerics being diminished since it's still a poor option to run out of your dungeon all the way back to town. Perhaps there could be a surcharge associated with the service based on the level of the curse/level drain/abi damage to be removed.
