Throttle The'Wall and I found this last night. It dropped off of a CR12 or CR13 mob. Is this an artifact? If so, I will add the [[Category:Artifacts]] tag to the wiki entry.

i found this 2 days ago too. are devs still interested in items with broken bonus damage like this?

Yea we need to change piercing to magic or sonic.
