Praise of the DM events of September 2nd

Post by Apokriphos »

Very nice job with the events.

My only regret is that almost no one roleplayed during them and simply spammed shout in response to the event introductions. I'm probably guilty of it as well, but I still believe it was an excellent start. Maybe some guidelines by the dms involved to improve the atmosphere and limit the metagaming next time?

My first event on the server since beta. I'm so happy, hehe.

I don't remember the name of the DM avatar who hosted them off-hand, anyone recall it?

I agree I was involved in both events with the Demon of Destruction in South Tower although for the life of me I couldnt find my way down to the beastie though the xp for the demons was very nice!

The second was rescuing Delia from the evil bandits in the bandit camp. Alas an uncontrollable Dire Wolf summons (player shall remain nameless ;p) i.e. wasnt me. Took a liking to Delia and promptly sent her from Aetheria to the afterlife.

Both were a great break and change of pace.

Much appreciated and looking forward to more!

Thanks Greenbeard.
