If I found something that appears to be a bug, but am unsure, should I post it here or report it with the bug tracker?
My dilemma arises for the following reason:
While fighting various infernal creatures in the south tower (LA server) basement, I noticed that several of the creatures (namely the Hellcats and Shadow Mastiffs) were fighting with the various devils. Am I correct in assuming that these are "pets" of the devils and hence would not be attacking them, or are they simply in the animal faction and hence are supposed to be fighting them?

I believe they're in different factions (Demon vs. Devil). You can see some of this fighting between mobs in the underdark as well.
