I havent been reading the forums much lately, but I was reading the part about my char being out casted. You guys should stop and ask why i went outcast and when??
You ever wonder why the O C was in the name??
Read the topic is all, and I was out casted before the relics ever came into play so please dont go whining everytime u guys dont like something that doesnt go ur way.
It's like the first time the relics came to the server, at first it was AO that had em all, but then we rallied a group and had them most times ever since, but when ns started to get higher lvl chars and came to sl trying to claimn a relic they died most times. then ns chars started logging near the relics and waiting for us to log off and raid. So after a while no one ever came to sl until most of us were logged off cause u were affraid of losing items, but i never turned away from ns and lost items, but i still came back, and I never ever asked for an item back.
So if anyone wants to comment on this feel free, but remember i never went outcast because i was affraid of losing items.

I don't care about the excuses.
Using a character in this way to aid a raiding party by pking the defenders is pretty much akin to an exploit IMO. It may not be illegal per se, but it certainly falls into a huge gray area.
And I don't want to hear the other lame excuse about how treason happened all throughout history either. Traitors, when caught, typically either got executed or exiled. And when taking the NS 4 storyline into account:
And there is absolutely no reason for a strong faction with equally strong characters to have to resort to this tactic, except to get a cheap victory.

it seems more likely traitors end up getting caught than not.Remember, since nobody ever really dies in Aetheria (see "Binding and Respawning"), taking a secret "to the grave" is impossible, and "burying the hatchet" is virtually unheard of. Anything you do to anyone is most likely going to be passed around and remembered for years to come, so make sure your actions are well-thought-out!

Never try to explain, or cover something up that was willingly done. Being an outcast is exactly that, an it should be looked into by the script writers that when an outcast enters a city holding a relic then their friendship base should automatically change. Being zapped by a person showing friendly is a cheap exploit plain a simple.

actually...only ppl that relog behind someone that is an outcast usually show as friendly. if an outcast logs in it marks him as dislike to everyone, once someone relogs another char they are friendly since they came in behind the outcast. maybe the ppl complaining about it should actually take a look at this and mark them as dislike before they do anything else.
