The main problem is, by all the logs its not being aimed directly at us but rather the provider. The bandwidth and connection logs both show normal activity and no eroneous requests.

The fact that we are getting access at all indicates that he has limited resources with which to do this. I have talked to DD about this and he has put in a trouble ticket with the host for the forums which at this point is about all we can do.

but yeah, if I get my hands on the guy anyone who is feeling malicious and creative is welcome to join in.
