Blackguard summons...

I'd like to clear this up. Since blackguard affords to cast an undead and a fiend. The undead summon gets bonuses from feats like necro focuses right? and death domain right?

On the other hand, the fiend is a planar (outsider) creature. Thus it should get bonuses from conjuration focuses, good/evil domains, and by simply being a planar character. Correct? Or is the fiend considered undead, and not planar?

Also, is the undead summon capped at a certain level? is the fiend summon capped at a certain level?

I understand the PM's animate dead and summon dead is capped. How about the blackguard's undead and fiend? Hopefull this will shed light on the debate of bonuses

as i understand it the fiend is concidered undead so SF necro helps and death domain for clerics and i THINK SF conjure helpos them too but the responces i get to that question are mixed
