lvl 4 'bump' in MA
lvl 4 'bump' in MA
I dont know if anyone else feels this way but throughout leveling in the MA areas when you hit lvl 4 an odd thing happens. The creatures you were killing for exp are now giving 10 exp a peice, 4k experience at 10 exp a peice... gonna be a long time... So lets go for the obvious solution, go find the next set of areas. Thats all well and good put from what I've discovered those next areas cant be done by a level four or a group of lvl 2s and 3s with a lvl 4. I just constantly found myself thinking, if i could get this one more level I would be fine. Hmm, maybe its just me. Didnt feel like MA had an newbie area for level 4, there is the 1-3 plains, and the 5-8 ish Tunnels and caves.
"If you are 20 and not yet a communist you lack heart, If you are 30 and you are still a communist you lack rationality" ~ dont remember.
actually, partying lowers the exp.
i could clearly see the experience drop when we (me and a friend) invited someone else to join us.
most of the time people just ignored our invitations. this is sad. can there be something done to encaurage partying? i dont feel like killing all monster alone, its boring.

Exactly. You'll lose some experience on each individual monster, but you'll make up for it in the volume - and quality - or monsters you can take out.
Not to mention that the synergy bonus has some cool stuff planned for it later, when the cooperative attacks get implemented.
EDIT: Also, I think loot drops are better when you're partied up; they certainly seemed that way in closed beta.
