Bandit's Headquarters Open

I went to the Bandit's Headquarters and completed the first level, but one door was locked. Is the next level not open, or did I just miss a key somewhere?

It's a bandit hq, try open lock.

Best if you have at least SOME proficiency or someone in your party with some proficiency in picking lock.

Yes, rogue levels, not just used for sneak attacks.
