I think disarming rules would be straightforward to anyone with any decency and intelligence.
Disarming is an easy rule, if you disarm them you can only keep their weapons if you kill them.
If you lose the fight don't be a pathetic loser and keep the weapons, be honorable and forthright, and make it a point to return the weapons.
This isn't a matter of RP, give the weapons back if you lose, that's all there is to it.
If somone fails to return the weapons after losing the fight they should have their account name posted and everyone on the server should make it a point to make that person's NS experience as horrible as possible. We don't need those kind of pathetic and shameful losers on this server.
No updates? The devs have their own lives that entail families, friends, jobs, etc. Only thing you can change about that to make the update process faster is to support them financially so they can quit their jobs and use that time for NS instead!
I'll leave PVP for someone else, don't feel like explaining the etiquette atm, it's been beaten to death so many times...
Haking in wings and tails? The keyword there is "haking". haking is not permitted on these servers.
They should be quest rewards as far as I'm concerned, not some frivolous eye candy for n00bs.
But in the end, these rules should be posted officially somewhere, I agree with that.
