1.elemental damage, always shows and damages every hit

First on 2, onhit tells me tht every time an enemy is hit the effect happens, slow, poison, vampir, etc. but it does not seem to be that way. From best I can tell the effect only seems to be available on the first attack of each round, even vampire regen, and on that first attack it will not have any effect if the monster is killed (still want to regen that last bit of life from em
I guess 3 is the same just the percent part is added on.
I kept watching the logs so I don’t think I am wrong but if anyone knows differently…
Hope this makes sense, I do not even know if this is by design or bug from Bioware or specific to NS.
