Since the instatement of the new xp system my lvl 17 is unable to gain job xp for killing rats near neversummer for the militia job. If you are going to do this mission do it at a low level. You can still level up messenger xp at high levels. That is all.

I too... had a 17th lvl that was in the "Job" program... but I received "Job" xp... and no lvl xp...

So even when I was killing rats left and right... I still was able to complete my expected tasks...
