From http://dictionary.reference.com/search?r=2&q=harassment
1. To irritate or torment persistently.
2. To wear out; exhaust.
3. To impede and exhaust (an enemy) by repeated attacks or raids.
As far as pvp goes this gives the clear message that unless both parties consent to further fighting after a first fight, that any further attacks by either party constitutes harassment (harassment being against the rules) if done within a certain period of time.
As to what the "period of time" should be, that's up to the boss of the DM's.
However it would be nice to know how much time that would be, clearly stated rules are always nice.

And i'll consider anyone that puts me on their KOS list to be agreeing to many PKs.
And i'll consider anyone that runs into my AOE spells agreeing to at least one PK.
And i'll consider any rogueish looking PCs that i don't trust that continue to stand right against me agreeing to at least one PK.
And i'll consider anyone that i don't trust and starts buffing near me in a non-nutral area agreeing to at least one PK.
And i'll consider any party that gathers near me that i don't trust to be agreeing for a slaughter.
ps, who would have thought the people that ran dictionary.com were pvp h00kars

Term needs help
Are you trying to level Nomius this time on Pking alone
That would be really cool...if so you need to pick Dwarves with less HP's than you have issacs next time...
btw.. Nom that spot you always stand in in Avendell... You'll never guess what my 1/2 ogre of uBeR DoOm did on that very spot. (there are no rules prohibiting one from relieving themselves in Avendell are there?)

No, I don't believe there are. I think in this case the gods and goddesses praise your actions. :)r.dressel wrote:(there are no rules prohibiting one from relieving themselves in Avendell are there?)
If you tilt your head far enough and squint hard enough, anything becomes as simple or complex as you'd like--regardless of whether it is or not. -- A lesson learned from Stephen Wolfram's A New Kind of Science
