Question about zone map and transition issue

Hello,
I only started 3 days ago online with my monk and I am enjoying the game.

I searched the forums for a zone map, but was unable to locate one. If there is a zone map available, I would love to see a link.

Also, I don't understand the transition thing to the 5121. I don't know what any of that means. Can someone explain that to me in simple terms? Is there something I am supposed to be doiing at the zone change with logging off and back on? I understand the instructions, they are very clear. I just don't know what that is for. I don't know anything about servers or isp's or any of that.

Oh, thank you DM Fire, I have that one printed off. But, I was wondering if there is a map that is all blocked out by zone.
