Does the Circle allow Shadow Dancers?

Does the Circle allow Shadow Dancers? If I select to go to shadow dancer from Ranger, will I get kicked out?
If I do get kicked out, how do I change alliances or is that possible?

Yes...shadowdancer is allowed in any faction...if you get kicked out of a faction, there is no way to change factions or to get back into your original faction at this point...maybe after beta...
