why cant i be a weapon master?

I have a character in northern coalition. He is 7 fighter and 7 CoT. I cant seem to get weapon master, even though I have all the requirements. Is weapon master not allowed in Norther Coalition? If so, that sucks since you can be a fighter there.

Only CoT is available for NC members.
The whole, one prestige class per faction is to stop power players I guess.

Personally, I'm all for it.
Sorry bro, but if you want to beef up your fighting, you might have to think about adding some Barbarian or Rogue levels.

Only one prestige class can be taken by a character.

There are more than one prestige classes available to each faction.

Each prestige class mentioned is unique to that faction and only that faction can take it. You can select from that class or from any non-unique prestige class if you want to.

Oh, I thought that, for instance, only AO could be a RDD, only MA could be a Pale Master etc.....i stand corrected.

Some of the PrC's are restricted to a specific faction, others are free for any to take if they meet the requirements for it. There is however a cap of only 1 PrC per character regardless.

Ok, my bad. I forgot that in this mod you can only have one prestige class. D'OH!!!!! Thanks.
