Friend of mine put this together. Was doing it with some crappy KDE app that only exports proprietary drawings so he just took a screen shot.
I'll host it for a while and see how the bandwidth usage goes, if it gets to be too much I'll have to take it off. You might want to save a copy locally if you find it useful.
** EDIT **
11/19/04: 20:20 EST: Updated so it looks a bit nicer and sized a bit better.

That's a pretty decet map. Will "your friend" be improving on his work? Such as the addition of Daeron, Garagoth, and the plains/wastes of Angmar? Should also let us know where we can send error fixes. I see a few links that should be fixed.

I'm working on a visio version that should output a little nicer. Not sure about other places, I'm just copying his work. But if you want some updates/corrections done, send'em to token_nrg@yahoo.com.

very nice map =)
I've actualy been working on a mapping engine in PHP so you could generate image and ascii maps of specific areas (or whe whole realm), or "left/right/bottom-right/top" type instructions of how to get to point A to point B
Tis hard work, but it will be done eventualy... i dont actualy plan to start entering neversummer areas into it untill the epic areas are in... i dont want to have to go through every map twice looking for the exit points
