I have it and have been wearing it for a while cause I like the look...

The thing is, what lvl is it ? I am lvl 10 right now, and know there are better helms out there, but I just like the look of the helm

Are there any more cool boss helms ?

If you're going for looks, the Ghost helm looks pretty cool. The ghost is in the the crypt in Hallowtop on the road between Dearon and Sleeth.

heh, you're right. It's a lvl 5 helm, and yes, there are other cool boss helms out there.
