Spell level question

Reading the manual, it says for a cleric, 20th lvl = 4 9th lvl spells. Am i correct in assuming that 22 lvl I will have 5 9th lvl spells ? And does wisdom bonuses = more spells per lvl ?

once you hit lvl 20 you do not get more spell slots just for leveling.

The Epic Level rules in D&D really don't make sense. :P

You do get extra spell slots for wisdom modifier as a cleric. It's the Ability Scores table in the manual. To get an extra 9th lvl spell you need +9 (28-29) and you get another at +13 (36-37).

The first is probably easily attainable if you put some effort into your wis, and have the platinum ammy of will.
