I think I prefer the belts currently dropping. +5 and either save throw bonuses or a modest skill boost might be a little more enticing, although if your character has absolutely no other Con boosters than potions, this might be useful.

With the currently available helms, the +3AC to deflection isn't all that useful (can't think of a high-level helm without it). If the current helm selection gets expanded to include decent versions without the deflection bonus, this cloak gets a whole lot more useful.

Much better monk gloves drop in-game. Switch these to +4 attack bonus, +5 str to bring them closer to the other craftable weapon items maybe? One way or the other, they need some lovin'.

I'll most likely end up with a pair of these on my rogue for specific situations, but for dexers the drop boots are more useful. These are ideal for use with heavy armour. One small request - how about adding a skill bonus to Craft Trap on these?

+3 Dodge and +5 Dex are still better for most dexers. If Epic Mage Armour hasn't been nerfed, ideal for a stealthy caster (know I've seen a couple running around).

AND

The vast majority of builds I've been playing around with work best with either robes or padded on the light side, but someone else might have a use for these. Still think the extra damage immunity and bells & whistles on stuff like Forest Imbued or Armour of the Wolf end up being better choices than the extra 5 points of damage resistence.
One thing I'd like to see added is a base 1/dex 8 harness-type armour, like the stuff dropping off the amazons.

What can I say... whips are fun. If you're on the right end. Ahem.

Overall, some interesting items, but very much oriented to specialized builds, given the other gear available at the moment.
[edit - The are a couple helm designs in the toolset that are mostly leather-based (the one with the antlers comes to mind, and I think there is another low in the model list. Any chance of coming up with helm lines based on these? Might be perfect for non-deflection helms...]
