Anyway... As everybody knows, PKers and super PCs are needed for the balance of nature. The weak are killed until they get stronger, making them smarter players (hopefully). Super PCs will often ravage towns, killing all in their wake. Which leads me to "The Circle of PK (and hopefully, fun)":
Such characters are usually hunting for only the best items, and leave their scraps behind. That's when a smart lowbie takes this opportunity to take the leftover goods and sell it/use it for themselves. With that starting pool of items and gear, I started leveling all my characters at a ridiculous rate. Sure, I stand the risk of getting killed if I get in their way, but no risk, no reward. If you're too wussy to tag along discretely, you can always wait until they leave. Eventually, the goal is to get my own characters up to a high high level, fight some folks, get killed, do some killing, and foster the circle onward.
I love PKing, or attempts at it. My friend and I attacked this guy 10 levels higher than we were (or did he attack us? stupid summons), and we got smacked good. But it was a great learning experience on what does and doesn't work.
My few beefs with certain PKs are: PKing people in "safe areas" (i.e., Avendell); camping on the other side of server transition areas (had it done); and poor PK etiquette (swearing at the victim/aggressor and such).
What I would like more of, though I don't see it happening any time soon, is a bit more conversation when PKing. Something like, "Oh sorry, was that my Delayed blast fireball you ran into?" or, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't be attacking you because I can only hit you 0.5% of the time". and then the character who kills you says, "No problem at all!"
The main problem with PKing that I've seen is that some people are often so stony-faced about it. (Or maybe it was just my char that was stony-faced...) Running up, whacking a person, and leaving, with not even a fare-thee-well? Are we no better than the tons of rats killed by the high-level types? Could we at least say, "Nice kill", or "nice try

Anyway, sorry for the spamming of my theory. I've got to put this college degree to some use.
