Error?

Unable to reproduce, I've tested and the transition is working fine at the moment. Must have been a temporary glitch.

I got a similar thing this morning (not sure if Romeo Zondervan was in the message or not, ncoscommander_ncosouth_2 destination not found etc definitely was). I was in Sleeth, killing rats near the waterfront. There were several (8 of them iirc) disciples hosing down a single rat (fire, acid, cold etc.) when I saw it if that helps any (not likely).

Just an idea, but could it be related to an npc chasing a pc through a transition when the pc logs/lags out during that transition?

Tracked this down, with the help of Anathema (Thanks!). It's the BACK door on the commander's post, not the front door. And there's no back door on the inside of that building.

On to the bugtracker -- at least that will be an easy fix.
