Magic item questions...
1) I already realize there won't be the uber-items of NS3, but just how rare will magic items be? Will we have to craft almost all of them?
2) Also, will there be True Seeing items? What about immunity items?
3) Will True Seeing continue to work as normal?

Yes from what I have gathered the items wont be as Godly as the ns3 items were and with the level restirctions placed on them there wont be that Level 40 in 5 days deal anymore.....Bit more work involved to try out a new class.

No, you misread what he said. Trueseeing IS on items. just not as a permanent effect. I.e. you cast it from the item.

nah, u just misunderstood what i meant by truseeing being on an item. you are saying a spell is on an item and that spell is trueseeing...
my real point of that post was asking how trueseeing will function
Type post, tab tab enter, wait 4page 2 load, shift+tab tab enter, REPEAT!!!
What I gathered was that items will have the #/per day effects but not (at least for the most part) any type of perminent effect of this type. Of course with a decent lasting spell and no rest restrictions if you got the patience you got almost the same thing...... Me .... I would be just too lazy to bother

As from what I've seen of Trueseeing (as cast by my sorc), it works just like it always has. I'm not sure about seeing other players though, because I haven't seen a rogue or shadowdancer with high enough move silently and sneak to get past my search skill.
