Check duskhaven. I think the Greater Vampire in the west hall has low XP. (also think there needs to be a better spawn rate there. 1-3 vampires per room is kinda low. 2-5 would be better) Also the ghost in Hallowtop.

Emperor Terra in Earth Plane gave 82xp to a lvl 40 fire gen.
