Does Devine Wrath Dmg Red stack with Epic Dmg Red?

I know that Devine Wrath has a time limit while Epic Damage Reduction does not and was wondering if it would stack with Epic Damage Reduction while it was active. The Wiki states only Barb and DD stack with EDR but I could not find anything that states it doesn't stack.

If you have both active, the better of the two will apply (as in whichever would reduce the most damage).
