If I had my way RDDs would only be able to shift if they had levels in Bard, Sorc, and RDD only!
Keep moaning about how bad your jobs are and I will need to mount a distrction campaign of some real nerfs.
Can we get a lock on this thread there has been no added value in the last several pages
_____________________________
As a matter of fact, we were having a very interesting discussion on those last 3 pages about the Mnk ab progression vs the Druid ab progression and how it relates to the shifted Dragon-form. We were exchanging info on how it works. You know, for those of us who don't know EVERYTHING. As far as I can read, those last pages were all information with MATH shown to help discuss what was being said.
Also, I'm glad we're considering nerfs without any personal feeling. It's nice when we can make a game enjoyable for everyone by threatening them to shut up or lose your toon.
If you're not interested in the Mnk ab progression vs the Duird ab progression and how it effects the Dragon-shift, then don't post in the thread asking for opinions about it. Don't just 'declare' that my information (including no insults or inappropriate discussion) isn't worthy of being posted, simply because YOU don't think it's valuable to know that stuff.
....you're not even a player, how dare you claim that asking for information about how toons progress in lvls 'has no value'. And it's especially shameful to threaten people for discussing how things work here while they're doing it in a polite knowledge-sharing manner.
This IS a forum, isn't it? Aren't we supposed to talk things out with each other so we're playing with full information? Wasn't the very first post in the thread asking for opinions with MATH? Isn't that was I was doing?

Re: Dragons
We were talking about how the Mnk ab progression compares to the Druid ab progression since it's a little different, and can be confusing.
DM_Baccob decided he was annoyed with the discussion and declared that information regarding how toons progress in abilities and compare to one another in similar forms 'has no value' and locked up the thread.
He also decided to threaten us with more nerfs because he's annoyed at what we're talking about. It's also written as though he thinks he's being cute with the threats. Oh how funny he is!

Re: Dragons
Yes, but did you want to discuss anything still or only complain?
Is everything clear on monk and druid ab progression for example?

Re: Dragons
No, my questions were settled elsewhere since it's apparantly inappropriate to ask questions on the forums here, in the thread authored for those particular discussions.
Would you walk up to two people engaged in a conversation at your work and tell them their conversation is over? You had no part in whatever they were talking about, what do you care if they're dicussing something, walk away if you don't like it.
It's even easier on the computer, click the "x" in top right-hand corner, and let us finish our discussion, which, again, was polite and not argumentative, and based on knowledge and sharing information.

Re: Dragons
make sure this thread stays in a linear progression of the topic....
i'd also like to disuade you from verbally bashing the staff on the open boards...if you have issues take them private.

Re: Dragons
It is easier to get a druid shifter dragon AB to the max of 25 while a monk/RDD dragon is goin to see 24 BAB at the most. Take 2 sorc lvls +1 BAB, 8 monk lvls +6, and 10 RDD +7 BAB = 24. You lost one BAB, but afaik druid/shifters don't get the huge strength bonus, I'm unaware with the changes if druids get the claw enhancement bonus that an RDD gets as well. Am I talking straight outta my butt? Bends over and listens intently. I can't tell.Rogue2x wrote:No, my questions were settled elsewhere since it's apparantly inappropriate to ask questions on the forums here, in the thread authored for those particular discussions.

What I do know, today I watched Fafnir and Cannibal eat people alive, literally. Don't see RDD dragons as an unplayable toon. Maybe a monk/RDD is unplayable. I doubt that as well though. If a dragon is looking at 24 BAB with a party to buff them, they're still brutal.

Re: Dragons
technically you'd only need 1 sorc/bard lvl and 9 monk with your cheesey rdd dragon
Re: Dragons
Don't forget Druids also get +2 AB in Wilderness areas. I assume this stays true when shifting into dragon form?
Re: Dragons
i was also wondering if you anyone could tell me if the save feats would apply in shifted dragon form, i asked in the previous thread but either noone read it or noone had the answer.
