Lets say I have 24 bard/16 palemaster. Which summon (if any) would be good. I can get:
Mummy dust spell (would get bonus from 16 pm levels)
Dragon knight (Balor with bonus from Githzerai race)
Palemasters Summon greater undead
Will any of those summons be any good considering I have only 16 levels of palemaster?

I dont know about the pm summon, but mumydust(+necro feats) scales with lvl where as dragon knight is as it is when you get the spell(+conj feats).

Why would I want to count 12 hours twice? I’m perfectly capable of counting to 24, and while we’re at it, can someone go shoot named time zones. GMT+x is all we need!

In my experience the balor has low survivability and higher damage output, whereas the mummy has low damage and dies fast in certain situations. However, the mummy is generally more useful because it won't end up healing undead enemies >.< lol. However, how would the mummy's level be calculated? PM level / 2 ? I don't think bard would count as it's impossible to get epic spells with just bard - rather, my gut feel is that the class that gave you the epic spell is the one used to calculate caster level.
