Where do 15 tomes of mostly plus 4 tomes in dwarfs drop? Please help me to understand this.
I have been gone for 1.5 months and a party of 3 have found this and 1 person in the party got 1 tome, darn I need to find this place in Dwarfs. I have struggle to LVL my chars as mostly everyone else on this server and a party of 3 have ventured into Dwarfs getting 15 tomes in like a hours time? Am I missing something here in the 4 years I have been here? I have come across 3 - 5 tomes, plus 4 in my time here, hmmm. I don't know sounds fishy to me. Must be nice and congrats, I think ya need to recheck of who is in favor of a balanced server and who is not. I careless if you hate me or not, but the truth will come out sooner or later, and the truth will come out!

It does seem that there's a bug to do with tome drops but we're confused because nothing obvious has changed.

With regards to favouritism, no DM is mind-bogglingly stupid enough to do it by showering parties with 15 book drops in an hour on multiple occasions. If it was supposed to be subtle then it obviously isn't and if it was supposed to be overt then why not just pop them into a character's inventory and avoid the publicity entirely.

rydd we do know of the issue and BELIEVE it is being looked at. i personally think it was a script error. but all the same we are looking into it

I never get scripts like this in my favor. Though I remember one time in Reno a buddy of mine got 12 blackjacks in a row. It was sick. Yep he paid for everything for the next few days ;P. I think sometimes the odds just work in your favor. Each drop is an independent event, so theoretically you could get a book in every drop, or as in some people's case, you can never see a book. You just have to hope and dream big dreams. I had a football coach who used to tell us to all "think good thoughts." Perhaps we can all try that !

i think if its a bug leave it, whats wrong with adventures getting lucky once inwhile never no next lucky one could be anyone. To answer you question where in dwarfs, started in anchor did rag went to alazzar then fire boss did that circuit 5 times or so killing all inbetween about 2 hours or so, was nothing new or different just lucky rolls on the loot table i guess.

First off, I'm not sure what two DMs were online near three weeks ago when this happened, secondly I don't feel it would be right to take them away if I do not know how they were acquired, right now they could very well be legit (VERY LUCKY) or a script bug which isn't the players fault (obvious exploits aside) and I would not punish. And also say after we look into it more we find something "fishy" (Which I doubt) there are easy ways to fix the problem via appropriate punishments, or simply removing the tomes then read or not.

We are looking into it, I've even tried to reproduce the bug, though with no luck. Eventually we'll get to the bottom of this just try to keep playing, remember it is a game, and most importantly have a good time.

alright in defence of myself and Tech, THERE was no fishy business and to say so without pm'ing me or Tech is just rude from all involved. I am tired of hearing this crap in game too so lay off, if its a bug well the Devs will find it and fix it.
