just something to think about not every faction can make a dragon ( NC SL MA ) all dont have druids just a fyi altho MA and SL atleast have mages with shapeshift ( does the shapeshift dragon have real truesight? )

You don't need a dragon for true true sight. There are other shapes with it too.

but NC can make cleric casters and imo, Gary proved them to be pretty strong. and yes shapechange dragon spell has real true seeing.

dragons, raks, umber hulk, wyrmling .. and thats all i know of have true seeing.

Ok , Ok I am a smart alec, but here is an idea the whole dnd character class thing is really stupid lets face it. What we need is a whole new (old) underlying game system that is more logical and realistic...

Oh wait it's a fantasy game.

Actually if some sortware maker would punt dnd and use a cool combat system like Runequest had back in the day it would make everything faster and animation would probably be much easier. It sure would make things more logical while at least as fantastic.

I think you summed up this whole thread right there.

I never played Runequest, but I'll agree that the combat in NWN goes bonk once in a while. There are a lot of things out there that are better.

let's just wipe the whole thing and start over!

give casters unlimited spells with some kind of spell energy, say; mana, and regenerate health and mana rapidly while not in combat, oh and make everyone choose a single class, no multiclassing, hmm... ok forget it.
