ok, first off...if someone is killing in your town, don't wait for them to get what they want. its called "ninja looting" when they are busy fighting, take all the good stuff that drops so that they get it. it is the best way to defend your towns special drops from attackers. sure they get upset and kill you, but hey....its your right as a concerned citizen.
