I thnk there should be quests in each faction where you can gain some sort of a planar pass. Kind of like in NS3 when people wanted to go to city in the clouds with the exception that there is no way to just walk to the planes (b/c people were always walking to city in the clouds >_<) I think this would provide a couple of things.

1) Story
2) the ability for high level characters to leave the plane so that lower lvl characters dont have to compete for xp. Just my opinion.

Stop trying to deal with your NS withdrawal by rationalizing server3's downtime! It's down due to some sort of computer problem. If it were being updated with new content then the devs would have said so AND it wouldn't be down for so long.
