PC LVL 8's using Summon IX scrolls?

All you need to use a scroll is the class requirment atm.

FYI Scrolls have DC = 10 + spell level, so your scroll using won't do muh beyond a pidling effect with most scrolls, the exceptions are summons. Even buffs won't work well, because they tend to be rediculously low caster levels off scrolls = incredibly ineffective or short lasting buffs. But you can find in my experience "empowered" or "exteneded" scrolls, so go figure, maybe you could get good scrolls for the right price or the right luck in finding them. But yea Death magic from a scroll likely wouldn't kill a level 1 character .

Some fixes, but scroll with a caster's class is still an auto pass. Scrolls check the higher of your UMD or spellcraft with a dc of 10 + caster level of the spell (in the title, i.e. negative energy ray (1) has a dc of 11), no bad stuff on failure. As always more to do here.

These are our scrolls, and the checks have this in mind. Bio scrolls are still out there, and will produce some weird dcs. XP2 spells aren't on scrolls yet, coming soon
