And see invis helms are less than like 1k. I'm sure everyone can afford a couple to use when outside town, and that along with listen or spot or search should help.

I would but helms are the only things I've found with mind/will save bonuses, albeit not high ones... and with my fighters natural will save of 5, he really needs it

i third motion rose!

go look around on the old south boards.. there are about 20 threads talkign about PP.

first off, PP isnt only for using on other players, it's very useful againt monsters.

second, bump up your spot. if your spot is high enough you'll not only detect a pickpocket, but see them hiding and sneaking up on you before they have the chance to put thier hands down your... pocket.

Ae, quickslot the helms unless you plan on wearing the crappy see invis one all the time. Shouldn't have a slot prob as you don't have any spells i suppose. The only reason i even wear mine is b/c the crafted ones and dropped ones all look like crap

i can always adjust to the situation.

im just pissed because PP causes me inconvenience in playing. I have to keep 3-4 pages full of bullets in order to minimize the chances of someone fishing out an item out of my inventory.

instead of making 3 characters now i have to make 4!

(one for playing)
(one for scroll making)
(one for death threats)
and now one for picking pockets

GRRRR.

hmmm ive never been pp.....ever... maybe its because im generous and give stuff away.... or maybe its cuz i keep everything in boxes so the box is too heavy to pp.......
