Before I took a break from the beta, I believe I hit a certain pair of CR 24s 63 times over the course of about a month (I've got 63 cents in change sitting next to my monitor, which is usually how I keep track of these things). This doesn't include the number of times I didn't record the attempt or the various & sundry lvl 21s+ I've nuked, so I think I'm safely over the 200 kill mark with no artifact drop.
So, either the drop frequency is well below 1%, OR I'm incredibly unlucky, OR the artifact drop script isn't working.

This certain pair...they didn't happen to have some cute wings, did they? But, it's such a draining job that, until you've DMed on an NWN server yourself, you the playerbase, have got to cut the DMs some slack. - Flailer
