I will get with the players and schedule a contest of their champions for this weekend to determine the winner of the MVP award to MA/SL. Keep your eyes glued to the forum for the time and contest details, this wont be a simple "two mortals enter, one mortal leaves" kind of battle. So plan to be a spectator if your not lucky enough to be one of the contestants.

Congrats to all the MVP winners and nominies, a good time was had by all and that was the whole point.

It was so difficult voting for MVP when each of the players fought their best effort for each incident. If your name wasn't mentioned it certainly was not because you weren't thought of. GRATZ to all of you for participating!

The head to head battle featuring Bargeld and Eldorado will take place this coming Saturday, May 17th at 10 to 12 am PCT (-7 UTC).

We will be making use of the Fury Fight Club pit, spectators are encouraged and there will be a follow up event after their head to head match off.

The rules: Each player will submit to me before the event starts, a list of three toons. When the match begins they will each log in one of the listed toons. Those toons will be instantly ported into the Fight Pit. After your ported into the Pit you will have 10 seconds before the match begins. First one to die will immediatly log out and back in using one the toons remaining on their list. That toon will be ported into pit and have 10 seconds b4 it begins. The surviving toon from first match up may rest while the other player relogs, but they may not do anything else untill the other toon joins them in the pit. Each toon on your list may only be used once, first player to lose all three toons, loses the head to head match up. The winner will be declaired MVP for Masl and gain the rewards.

Example A: Players Bob and Kim go head to head. Bob has toons Bob1, Bob2 and Bob3, Kim has toons KimA, KimB, KimC. The match begins and Bob starts with Bob2 while Kim logs KimC. Bob2 loses and Bob relogs with Bob1. So now KimC and Bob1 fight and KimC dies. Kim relogs with KimA, and fights Bob1, losing to him as well. Kim then makes her last relog and brings out KimB, who fights Bob1 and wins. Now Bob is also on his last toon Bob3, who fights the last match against KimB, winner takes all.

Example B: Same players and toons... but this time Bob logs Bob1 and Kim logs KimB, Bob1 loses, and in the next to match ups both Bob2 and Bob3 die by KimBs hands. Yeilding a victor in just three of the six possible matches.

The after event will be more of the same, open to all players, for the blood lust, glory of victory and at'least a trip to the prize room.

Congratulations to Bargeld who won MVP for Masl, would love to say it was a glorious battle, but his opppnet did not show in the two hours set aside for the event. Bargelds disappointment was short lived, for he won the beta test of the new Tri_tournament. Speaking of which.

I am very pleased to announce that today's beta test of the Tri-Tournament was a success. Everyone enjoyed the new format for combat and I plan to hold an official Tri-Tourney within the next two weeks. Will soon post a more detailed outline of how the tourney will be run.

My thanks to all who helped today's test be productive and fun. Rogue, Mord, Higgy, Mntetr. Be sure you join the official event and have a chance to take home something more tangeable than a trip to the prize room.
