i had a DD guy talk alot of crap about he could 1v1 my pali/cot smite tank.

he lost that fight in 2 hits.

1st hit was normal, second was smite. smite did about 1k damage to him. he dead

So the fact he was a wiz made no difference... 1k damage clears about anything.

The aspect that I find vexing is the best crowd control class are mages. I have heard that druids were supposed to be good at crowd control, but most of the crowd control spells in the druid spell book were changed to the point that they do nothing. Example vine mine: hamper does nothing against monk speed, blinding speed, barbarian haste, and the fighter sprint token. Yet mages have options to control those builds with those attributes. Also stone hold was changed, and items put in place that allow any build no matter how well or badly built to be immune to the spell. Terribly vexed...oh well no one plays them anymore so no matter.

Druids are played alot more than DwD's by a longshot, but
Bigby's spells were fine prior to the change, the change has been made
Now were saying there bad again, well, if there so bad, change them back
Either way people will adapt to the spell changes, some people will figure way's around Bigs
others will not, no matter what the situation is, it takes an extremely forcused mage to have uber bigs
and he sacrificed other survivablity to get this, i have 2 bigs mages, 1 is ALOT better than the other
as far as bigs is concerened, the others bigs is kinda meh, but his survivablity is much much better
the system now takes alot more into consideration than before, if you do get smacked around by a mage
might be because your fighting him the wrong way, i have a couple of toons that can deal with bigs mages
and they arent mages themselves, so it can be done

Assassins still #1 least played class , I bet Eldas has more druids then there assassins in the entire vault.

Elda probably has more druids then there are SL toons, and none of them can even be called decent casters. If she has given up on druid casters what else is there to say.
