Unknown evil does not appear to cast bigbies anymore, has FoM, and does not heal himself like I remember. My perception is that UE was scaled down to coincide with his new CR.

The lich king's reliquary puts up more of a fight than old UE did, which is slightly more than the archery targets in the shops
